FAQ

1. When making a new appointment:
   All new clients are required to hold their reserved appointments with a major credit card. The salon does have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment that cancels with less than 24-hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. No shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. If we cancel your appointment within 24 hours and we are not able to refer you to another service provider that same day, we will give you 25% off your next visit in the salon.
   
   
2. Do we charge for consultations or wedding trials?
   All consultations are complimentary. We pride ourselves in wanting to give you the attention you deserve. Going to a new stylist can be an uncomfortable experience. Let us meet you and answer any of your questions so you feel confident in the service provider you have chosen.
   
   Wedding trials are scheduled at $100 per hour. This gives you enough time to discuss a few options for your wedding day and allows the stylist to perform a few different looks to help you make an informed decision.
   
   Makeup applications are also scheduled at $80-100 per hour. The makeup artist will create a complete look that represents the desired portrait result that you will see on the wedding day.
   
   
3. What if I want to change stylists?
   Maybe you liked your service, but did not connect with the stylist or maybe the stylist's hours are not convenient for you. We pride ourselves in having a great team of specialists that can fulfill all of your haircare needs. Let us know your concerns, and we will gladly recommend another stylist that may be better suited for you. Your happiness is our highest priority.
